Just a few days prior to his performance in Boston on a date that he verbally agreed to perform for a different entity, KennyHaiti put-out a press-release to apologize to Pelege Marcellin and Ermann Sully for the inconvenience and the confusion that may have impacted their business. He went on to say that both teams came together to settle the issue, and all legal proceedings will be dis-continued.
