It is with heavy hearts that we share an important update regarding KAI â The Show. Last week, the Kai family and team have experienced two deeply personal losses. Richard CavĂ©âs beloved grandmother, a distinguished leader who made history as Haitiâs first woman mayor, recently passed away. In addition, our band manager is mourning the unexpected passing of his 19-year-old nephew.
During this difficult time, and after thoughtful discussions with the family, our team, and House of Blues Boston, we believe the most respectful decision is to postpone this weekendâs concert.
KAI â The Show will now take place on Saturday, August 29 at the House of Blues in Boston. While this decision was not made lightly, we know it allows everyone the opportunity to properly honor their loved ones while returning to celebrate with all of you on a night that will be even more memorable.
