This news has come as no surprise to the fans who have been following Djakout’s decadence within the past few years. From the inability to no longer produce hit songs to the instability that is continuously tarnishing Djakout’s legacy, it’s now been reported that three of the remaining founders of the band (Pouchon Duverger, Mamane Absolu and TiPouche) at the direction of Rock Hudson (not to confuse with the famous actor) have left Djakout #1 to form a new band named Djakout Reloaded with the notable absence of Rolls Laine, one of Djakout #1’s owners.
The word is Roro (Rolls Laine) is considered as a persona non-grata within the band due to his attitude and the fact that he lives in Haiti, which creates an issue for the band to rehearse, and also to file petition. Therefore, the three remaining founders decided to get rid of Rolls Laine, and since they can’t use Djakout #1’s name without him being on board, they created Djakout Reloaded.
Historically, this is not their first rodeo. Back in 2010, Djakout Mizik became Djakout #1 because the main musicians decided to take over the band from their management team in order to gain control over their finances.
