After a courageous and private battle with illness, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. In a letter addressed to their fans and the press, Ekip just announced that D-Perfect will be on leave of absence from the band. This is a major blow considering that Steeve-K, Ekip's lead singer, has also walked away because of mutual contract disagreements. So now, Ekip is looking for a new singer to fill-in for D-Perfect until his return, if it actually happens.
